Libby Edwards is a fashion photographer based in New York City, originally from San Diego, California. She studied Fashion Photography at Parsons School of Design, where she developed her signature style exploring themes of femininity through the female gaze.
With a collaborative approach, Libby works closely with her models to create imagery that feels intimate, joyful, and feminine. Her work dives into the complex meanings of femininity. Inspired by the hyper-feminine aesthetics of director Sofia Coppola, the raw, intimate storytelling of photographers Justine Kurland, Nan Goldin, and Corinne Day, as well as the era of 90's supermodels and editorial fashion photography, Libby's work merges nostalgia with a modern perspective.
Her work has been published in The Wall Street Journal and Vogue Italia, showcasing her ability to craft visual narratives that resonate with both editorial and fine art audiences.
